If you’re unable to book, it may be one of three reasons.

1. We don’t accept bookings made on the day. If you’d like to place a booking the day of, you’ll need to try and contact us via email, however our team can be busy and might not always have a chance to see it in time.
   
   You’re more than welcome to pop your head in as we have plenty of tables, and always allocate the majority of our space for walk-ins.

2. We don’t take bookings for groups 8+ via our website. You’ll need to contact us via email at hello@neighbourbyrange.com to organise a table.

3. We’re all booked up 😭 If you’re looking ahead of time, and there’s no availabilities, it will most likely be because. we have no tables left for you to book. We always leave a majority of our venue for walk-ins so please don’t be afraid of coming over.

For any bookings 8+ you’ll need to email our team before we can confirm your table.

We do this so we can double check there’s enough space for you and your group to comfortably enjoy Neighbour!

We’d be stoked to host any celebration of yours. Please email our team at hello@neighbourbyrange.com with your event, and group details, and our team will have a look to see if we can make it happen.

When things are busy, yes we do! We don’t have an online waitlist, so you will be required to pop your head in and speak to our host first before adding you to the list.

Yes! As long as you’re seated in one of our outdoor areas- The Courtyard or The Laneway.

We also ask that all four paws stay on the ground (not on the furniture) and are on their best behaviour.

Yes! There is wheelchair access throughout our entire venue and bathrooms. 

We offer gluten reduced options but can not guarantee there are no traces of gluten in our meals. We have a gluten-free base and snack option.  

Please Note: The pizzas are cooked in an oven that contains traces of gluten.
